Shipping and Return Policy
We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 0-2 working days of the order. However in some cases, we may take longer, up to 5 working days, to ship the order as a particular product may get out of stock due to the other from other channels.
We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.
To ensure that your order reaches you in the fastest time and in good condition, we only ship through reputed courier agencies.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics, or availability.
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and contact us on +91 8123057137 or mail us on email@example.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest
Please note all items (including gifts) will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time as promised by us in our website.
Our policy lasts for 7 days from the date of receipt of the consignment due to the sensitive nature of the products. If 7 days have gone by since the product was delivered, a refund or exchange would not be acknowledged unless mentioned by the manufacturer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must carry a warranty, be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
The Dealer / Manufacturer warranty (if offered) only covers the defects in the item that may be discovered during the first seven days of receipt of the item (we will replace it with new one) unless mentioned otherwise. The warranty doesn't include items broken or damaged due to mishandling by the buyer. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt and should reach us within 10 days of receipt in the original packing with all the original parts/components/contents/accessories. Any damaged components will not be replaced. Returns delivery charges will be paid by buyer. The Products are warranted under The Normal Usage against Defects in Workmanship and Materials to The Original Purchaser, for period of one month from the date of Purchase or otherwise the warranty period offered or specified.
Any Repair Or replacement Of Defective Parts Will be Charged to the Customer, If Fault Is Due To accident ,Misuse, negligence And Willful Damage On Part Of Customer
This Warranty Is Void If The Product Is Damaged After Delivery By An Accident ,Natural Calamities ,Mishandling, Failure to Follow Operational Instructions, Exposure to rain, water or heavy moisture laden conditions, Repaired By Unauthorized Persons, Storage near any heat source or indirect sunlight for any extended period of time, Improper Safe Keeping Or Other Acts Of god.
If the Warranty is Void for the above mentioned reasons or for any other reason that the robocraze representative feels so, the customer will not be entitled for a refund or replacement. In case of any dispute, Robocraze’s decision shall be final and binding, and In no case shall RoboCraze, our partners, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility. Because some states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states or jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund or replacement will be processed, and in case of a refund a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment, within 10 days of approval.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit/debit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded/replaced, unfortunately sale items cannot be warrantied.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
