1. How do I know my order has been confirmed?
You should receive a confirmation mail as soon as you place an order. In case you haven’t received a mail and the amount has been deducted from your account, please drop a mail to email@example.com and our Customer Care team will contact you shortly.
2. I want to place a Bulk Order. Do I get discounts?
We have good news – YES! Mail us the items and the quantity of each item to firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall provide you a quotation with the best prices.
3. In how many days shall I receive my order?
We dispatch the items on the very next working day. The shipping will depend on the zone you are residing in. For example, Zone A cities should receive the delivery within 1-3 days, Zone B within 2-5 days, and so on.
We also have ‘Premium Shipping’ facility available in case you need your item to be delivered sooner.
4. I wish to cancel my order. How can I do that?
Drop a mail to email@example.com with your Order ID and our Customer Care team shall assist you with the Cancellation Policies.
5. The item I wish to purchase is ‘Out of Stock’. Can I still place an order?
Since we ship through different channels, we shall be able to deliver those items to you. Mail us the list of items you wish to purchase, to firstname.lastname@example.org and we shall get in touch with you.
6. What are the delivery charges?
We charge very nominal delivery rates, depending on the location your items need to be delivered to.
7. I cannot find the items that I want to buy. How do I order them?
Mail us the list of items you wish to purchase, to email@example.com and we shall let you know if we shall be able to deliver them.
8. Are there any hidden charges on Robocraze?
No way! We would never disappoint you! :)
We charge only the Government imposed taxes and the shipping charges, over the display price of the item.
9. How do I return an order?
Please drop a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with details of the issue you are facing with your product. Our Customer Care team shall help you with the Return and Refund Policies.
10. Is there COD option available?
Unfortunately, we have terminated the COD facility recently. Please pay at the time of your order and we promise to deliver the items safe and quick.
11. How do I track my order?
You should receive an email with the Tracking ID as soon as your order has been shipped.
12. Do you ship internationally?
