Solder Wire-1 Meter (10gm)

These solder wires are manufactured from high-quality Lead Solder Wire. This soldering iron wire has good solderability, insulation resistance, no spattering and is non-corrosive. Excellent Electrical Conductivity and Thermal Conductivity, Good Solder ability. The soldering iron wire price is lowest on Robocraze. We make sure to provide the best items and high customer satisfaction.

Soldering Wire is an essential product for any professional who wishes to work with metals. Whether you are a DIY enthusiast or electronic repair expert, soldering wire can make your job easier and provide better results than traditional methods of joining metal components.

Our Soldering Wire 10gm provides easy use due to its specially formulated flux core that melts at lower temperatures compared to other products on the market today. This allows for quicker joint formation as well as improved electrical conductivity after cooling down and hardening again which makes it perfect for creating permanent joints in those tough places such as between printed circuit boards or even directly into wires. The softness of our solder also helps prevent damage from occurring when using it inside tight spaces where physical force may be required during assembly process making ideal choice when quality must not be compromised!

One must be aware of the soldering tools that are crucial during the process in order to solder the necessary elements , and the soldering tools are:

    1. What is soldering wire and why it is used?

    • Soldering wire is used while soldering the electronics for electrical connections such as joining copper to printed circuit boards. Plumbers also use it to connect copper pipes. Because of the reversible effects, it is very useful in many industries, and it is even used in jewellery.

    2. What wire is used for soldering?

    • Soldering is basically a process in which a mechanical or electrical bond is created with the help of Soldering Kits. The most common use of Soldering is in PCBs. The small electronic components are soldered using kits like soldering Iron, soldering wire, soldering flux etc. Some other applications of soldering are in Plumbing, Electronics and Metalwork.

    3. Which soldering wire is best?

    • Soldering Wire can vary in terms of the composition of the alloy of metals, AWG of the wire and the soldering wire material. In Solder Wire, Sn is Tin Material and Pb is Lead Material. In solder wire, the Tin composition is 60% while the Lead Composition is 40%. A solder wire of 60/40 Sn-Pb composition is considered best for soldering.

    4. Can you use regular copper wire as solder?

    • Yes, although copper has a high melting point. Its melting point is much higher than any soldering tool, and if it can be melted, it can melt and irreparably damage the items you were trying to solder - both PCBs and components. Soldering copper wire is mostly used when high conductivity is required.
